How It Works

Our success-based model is straightforward: you pay nothing until we place a candidate who accepts your offer. The fee is 15% of the candidate's first-year annual salary, payable upon the candidate's start date. There are no retainer fees, no upfront costs, and no hidden charges. We invest our time and resources upfront because we're confident in our ability to deliver.

The 15% Introduction Fee

Our 15% fee is competitive within the industry (typical agency fees range from 15-25%). Here's what it looks like in practice for common roles across Southeast Asia:

Replacement Policy

We stand behind our placements. If a candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days for performance-related reasons, we will source a replacement at no additional cost. This guarantee reflects our commitment to quality and our confidence in our vetting process. We track 3-month retention rates as a core KPI, and our current rate stands at 92%.
